After the change of government in 2014, Nationalism became a permanent feature of the poem in the country. As a result, the Hasya Kavi associated with the Kavi Sammelan also started writing Desh Perm Kavita. But a youngster who was active on the Manch since around 2010 became vocal. I am talking about Gaurav Chauhan. Poet Gaurav Chauhan has traveled to Kavi Sammelan on his own.

2014 में सरकार बदलने के बाद देश में राष्ट्रवाद कविता का स्थायी भाव बन गया | परिणामस्वरूप कवि सम्मेलन से जुड़े हास्य कवि भी देश कविता लिखने लगे। लेकिन मंच पर करीब 2010 से सक्रिय एक युवा मुखर हो गया। मैं बात कर रहा हूं गौरव चौहान की | कवि गौरव चौहान ने अकेले ही कवि सम्मेलन तक का सफर तय किया है।
आज गौरव चौहान की मौजूदगी हर टीवी चैनल पर बनी हुई है, उनकी कविताओं का मूल विषय हिंदू विमर्श और राष्ट्रवाद है। गौरव चौहान की कई कविताएं सोशल मीडिया के जरिए लोगों तक पहुँची हैं | जिन लोगों ने गौरव को मंच पर नहीं सुना है वे भी उनका नाम जानते हैं और उनकी कविताओं के दीवाने हैं | गौरव चौहान कवि सम्मेलन की पहचान बन गये हैं। राष्ट्रवादी विचारधारा वाले लोगों के बीच गौरव की बहुत बड़ी फैन फॉलोइंग है। पिछले कुछ सालों में लोगों के अंदर राष्ट्रवाद काफी मुखर हो गया है | इसका असर कला और कलाकारों पर भी पड़ रहा है |
राष्ट्रवाद की इस आंधी से हिंदी कवि भी अछूते नहीं हैं | दुनिया का इतिहास इस बात का गवाह है कि कलाकार शक्ति के विचार से प्रभावित होते हैं। गौरव चौहान के मूल स्वभाव में राष्ट्रवाद कूट-कूटकर भरा है। मंच पर आते ही वह और भी हावी हो जाते हैं | गौरव को एक राजनीतिक व्यंग्यकार के रूप में भी पहचान मिली है, खासकर न्यूज 18 न्यूज चैनल के टीवी शो लपेटे में नेता जी के जरिए।
Today Gaurav Chauhan’s presence remains on every TV channel, The basic theme of his poems is Hindu vimrash and nationalism. Many poems of Gaurav Chauhan have reached people through social media. Even those who have not heard Gaurav on stage know his name and are crazy about his poems. Gaurav Chauhan has become the identity of Kavi Sammelan. Gaurav has a huge fan following among the nationalist minded people. In the last few years, the nationalism within the people has become very vocal. It is also affecting art and artists.
Hindi poets are also not untouched by this storm of nationalism. The history of the world is witness to the fact that artists are influenced by the idea of power. Nationalism is deep rooted in Gaurav Chauhan’s basic nature. He becomes more dominant as soon as he comes on the stage. Gaurav has also got recognition as a political satirist especially through a TV show, Lapete main Netaji at News 18 News channel.
