Hasya Kavi Sammelan Aur Chutkule
It is meaningless to imagine a Hasya Kavi Sammelan without jokes. No one has an authentic document as to when and who present the first joke on the stage of Hindi Hasya Kavi Sammelan? How would the first joke have been told on the stage of pure poetry? How could it have been deserted? What would have been the reaction of the people and the poets sitting behind? No one is available today to tell this. But today Chutkule have made deep inroads on the stage. There is hardly any Kavi Sammelan held today where jokes are not told. The joke has become so mixed with poetry recitation to performance that now it is impossible to separate it.

चुटकुलों के बिना हास्य कवि सम्मेलन की कल्पना करना ही बेमानी है | हिंदी हास्य कवि सम्मेलन के मंच पर पहला चुटकुला कब और किसने सुनाया इसका प्रामाणिक दस्तावेज किसी के पास नहीं है ? विशुद्ध कविता के मंच पर पहला चुटकुला किस तरह सुनाया गया होगा ? किस तरह सूना गया होगा ? लोगों और पीछे बैठे कवियों की प्रतिक्रिया कैसी रही होगी ? ये बताने के लिए आज कोई उपलब्ध नहीं है | लेकिन आज चुटकुले मंच पर अपनी गहरी पैठ बना चुके हैं | वर्तमान में होने वाला शायद ही कोई ऐसा कवि सम्मेलन ऐसा हो जहाँ चुटकुला न सुनाया जाए | चुटकुला कविता पाठ से लेकर सञ्चालन तक इतना घुल-मिल गया है कि अब इसे अलग करना नामुमकिन है |
चुटकुले क्यों हैं ज़रूरी ?
कवि सम्मेलन सिर्फ कविता सुनने के लिए नहीं है | वर्तमान में होने वाले कवि सम्मेलन ने पूर्णत: मनोरंजन का रूप ले लिया है | मनोरंजन के नाम पर बहुत सारी चीज़ें परोसी जा रही हैं | एक दौर ऐसा भी रहा है जब चुटकुलों ने कवि सम्मेलन को पूरी तरह से हाईजैक कर लिया था | सोशल मिडिया का वर्चश्व बढ़ने के बाद लोगों का कविता के प्रति रुझान बढ़ा है | लोग अच्छी शायरी सुन रहे हैं | लेकिन चुटकुले कवि सम्मेलन के मंच की ज़रूरत बन चुके हैं | खासतौर से माहौल को हल्का करने के लिए चुटकुले सबसे बेहतर माध्यम हैं |
चुटकुलों का चुनाव
मंच पर सुनाए जाने वाले चुटकुलों का चुनाव थोड़ा मुश्किल होता है | यह काम हर कवि के वश में नहीं है | चुटकुलों की हज़ारों किताबें बाज़ार में उपलब्ध है | उनमें से कौन सा चुटकुला मंच पर सुनाने लायक है कौन सा नहीं इसका निर्णय करना बहुत मुश्किल काम है ? यही कारण है कि बहुत से कवि चुटकुलों के इस्तेमाल से बचते हैं | अगर सही चुटकुले का चुनाव नहीं हुआ है तो वः पूरी प्रस्तुति को ख़राब कर सकता है | कवि सम्मेलन में हास्य बहुत ज़रूरी है | इसलिए चुटकुले भी ज़रूरी हैं |
भाषा में तड़का
चुटकुले भाषा में तड़के का काम करते हैं | चुटकुलों के बिना एक ऐसी भाषा की कल्पना की जा सकती है जो पूरी तरह नीरस हो | चुटकुलों के माध्यम से कई बार कोई गंभीर बात भी सहजता के साथ प्रस्तुत की जा सकती है | चुटकुलों की यही सबसे बड़ी खासियत होती है | भारत की सभी भाषाओँ में चुटकुले सुनाये जाते हैं | चुटकुलों के माध्यम से भाषा का लालित्य बढ़ता है |
चुटकुले में छुपा हास्य व्यंग
वर्तमान कवि सम्मेलन हास्य वयंग और कविता के बीच की एक प्रतियोगिता है | कई बार चुटकुले में हास्य के पीछे व्यंग छुपा होता है | कोई ऐसी बात जो सीधे तौर पर नहीं कही जा सकती चुटकुले के माध्यम से कही जा सकती है | लोग समझ जाते हैं | और किसी को बुरा भी नहीं लगता | चुटकुले की यही खास बात होती है
निष्कर्ष
कुल मिलाकर चुटकुला हिंदी कवि सम्मेलन में रच-बस गया है | लेकिन कई बार कुछ नए और अनुभवहीन कवियों के द्वारा अश्लील चुटकुले मंच पर प्रस्तुत कर दिए जाते हैं | जिसके कारण मंच पर बड़ी असहज स्थिति पैदा हो जाती है | हर कवि का यह धर्म है कि वह मंच की मर्यादा को ध्यान में रखते हुए चुटकुलों का चुनाव करे | ताकि मंच पर कोई असहज स्थिति उत्पन्न न हो |

Kavi Sammelan is not just for listening to poetry. The present Kavi Sammelan has completely taken the form of entertainment. Many things are being served in the name of entertainment. There was a time when jokes completely hijacked the Kavi Sammelan. After the rise of social media, people’s inclination towards poetry has increased. People are listening to good poetry. But Chutkula has become a necessity on the Kavi Sammelan stage. Chutkule are the best medium especially to lighten the atmosphere.

Choosing the jokes to be told on stage is a bit difficult. This work is not within the power of every poet. Thousands of joke books are available in the market. It is very difficult to decide which of those jokes is worth telling on stage and which is not? This is the reason why many poets avoid using jokes. If the right joke is not chosen then it can spoil the entire presentation. Humor is very important in Kavi Sammelan. That’s why jokes are also important.

Jokes add flavor to the language. Without chutkula, one can imagine a language that would be completely dull. Many times even a serious matter can be presented with ease through jokes. Overall, the Chutlula has settled in the Hindi Hasya Kavi Sammelan. But sometimes obscene jokes are presented on stage by some new and inexperienced poets. Due to which a very uncomfortable situation arises on the stage. It is the duty of every poet to choose jokes keeping in mind the decorum of the stage. So that no uncomfortable situation arises on the stage.
